We live collaboration - because that's the only way to create successful, sustainable innovations! Find two more suitable project partners in our Innovation Community - we will be happy to support you.

Contact us

Get in touch with our Innovation Management team. Together we will concretize your idea, find suitable partners and formulate an initial idea sketch.

Step 4

Once all the requirements have been met, you can get started right away! Our Innovation Management team will support you with know-how and the right amount of money for the duration of the project. Get started now!

The requirements.

  • At least three project partners

    Find at least three project partners who can support your project idea with their know-how - collaboration between business, science and know-how. Any company, size and sector are welcome, but the project team must consist of at least two commercial enterprises and one transfer partner (university, research institute or similar). We are happy to help you find the perfect project team.

  • Membership of the East Side Fab

    All project partners must be members of East Side Fab in order to initiate an innovation project - a partnership is not sufficient. Membership must be in place by the start of the project at the latest.

  • Degree of innovation of the project idea

    We boost innovations! Therefore, your project idea must have a certain degree of innovation or novelty. Our Innovation Manager Lukas can tell you more about this.

  • Industry diversity of the team

    We believe that sustainable innovation can only come about through collaboration - preferably as diverse as possible across all sectors. This is why we also evaluate the project ideas in terms of industry diversity.

  • Impact - You make the difference!

    Project ideas that have a real impact - social, regional - or address a specific, current challenge are rated more highly as innovation projects.
