New technologies\, changing work models\, efficiency requirements\, and competition for talent are shaping the future viability of companies. AI plays a dual role in this: It is both a driver of transformation and a tool for its implementation. What matters is not whether we use AI—but how we use it and what added value we create through it.    \nAI is not an end in itself\, but rather a catalyst. It can only realize its transformative potential if companies are willing to rethink roles\, leadership\, processes\, and value creation. Otherwise\, it remains a powerful but limited tool. AI is not disruptive in and of itself—it reveals just how mature an organization truly is.    \nTogether with partners such as Proalpha Group\, Full Flamingo GmbH\, LeanScope AI and b+p We present practical approaches to integrating AI into the workplace and work on specific implementation options in interactive workshops. \nThe focus is on key issues related to transformation: How is AI changing the way remote teams are managed? What does “AI vs. entry-level” mean—the replacement or redefinition of roles and career paths? And how can we learn the “language of AI” through AI personas to turn users into competent AI co-pilots?   \nThis practice-oriented perspective is complemented by a scientific analysis of Agentic AI conducted by the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). This analysis demonstrates why\, although classical large language models can analyze and formulate\, they reach their limits without memory\, goal orientation\, and the ability to act—and why Agentic AI architectures\, with their perceptive\, planning\, and learning systems\, represent a fundamental shift in system design.  \nAt the same time\, Proalpha Group provides strategic insights into its own transformation in the context of AI: The focus is on the further development of portfolio design in comparison with other industries\, the role of innovation in the Group’s strategy\, and the concrete impact of AI on business units\, transformation steps\, and the long-term strategic direction—including in the context of new Group structures. \nIn compact\, interactive workshop formats\, participants address their key areas of focus and develop concrete next steps for a sustainable\, strategic AI transformation. \nWe look forward to receiving your registration!
