DESCRIPTION:How are AI solutions developed that actually work in a business setting?\n\n\nIn this interactive workshop\, we’ll work together to develop concrete solutions to real-world challenges in the areas of onboarding\, feedback and corporate culture \, as well as team and organizational development. \nIn doing so\, we combine the best of both worlds: \n🧱 Analog: Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®\, creative methods\, and group work\, we bring challenges to light and work together to develop viable solutions. \n💻 Digital: We then translate these ideas\, step by step\, into an AI agent.
