FabCademy®: From Idea to AI Agent | Your Change Navigator

In this interactive workshop, we’ll work together to develop concrete solutions to real-world challenges in the areas of onboarding, feedback and corporate culture , as well as team and organizational development.

In doing so, we combine the best of both worlds:

🧱 Analog: Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, creative methods, and group work, we bring challenges to light and work together to develop viable solutions.

💻 Digital: We then translate these ideas, step by step, into an AI agent. Using the Agent Translation Canvas and Microsoft Copilot Studio, we create an initial, functional prototype.
