FabCademy® Workshop: Ideation for Gamified Ideas

Forget about run-of-the-mill workshops that always end up with the same predictable ideas.
In this hands-on format, we use a method that has been tried and tested over many years to radically break out of entrenched patterns of thinking. Instead of traditional brainstorming, we use a methodical card game that fosters innovation where conventional approaches fall short.
Your direct benefit:
A truly hands-on approach: We work directly on your current challenges—whether they involve new products, internal processes, or employee-related issues.
Expert Feedback: As an expert, I’ll guide you through the process of translating your ideas into specific ideation canvases (e.g., the Gamification Business Model Canvas) to bridge the gap to the business model.
Behavior-based solutions: We focus on genuine behavioral change rather than the next run-of-the-mill digital solution.
Pitch Skills: Through integrated challenges, you’ll learn to present your innovations immediately, concisely, and in a fun way.
What to bring:
You’ll gain a deep understanding of gamification mechanisms and learn how to systematically integrate these ideas into your daily work or existing business models. You’ll not only develop concepts but also test them directly for their practical applicability.
The goal: After just 3.5 hours, you’ll have tangible results in your hands and master a tool that will take your projects in every area to the next level

JASMIN KARATAS
Gamification & Innovation Expert, Entrepreneur
Jasmin Deniz Karatas stands for a future that is envisioned as more emotional, bolder, and more playful.
Jasmin comes from the world of gaming and gamification. For her, games aren’t an escape—they’re the most honest systems of our time. They reveal how people feel, make decisions, and act. That’s exactly how she thinks: like a game designer who recognizes patterns, sees possibilities, and navigates complexity with a playful approach.
Emotions are her compass. Gamification is her lens. She uses both to reinterpret the future, leadership, and culture. She is convinced that people who understand how we play also understand how we buy, learn, lead, fail, and grow.
Jasmin stands for bold thinking that challenges the status quo and reshapes systems rather than merely managing them. Her stance is clear: the future takes shape where curiosity outweighs fear and where leadership creates spaces in which creativity and responsibility reinforce one another.
