The idea.

The goal of the planned project is to develop a scalable, AI-powered platform that supports companies in conducting and evaluating annual performance reviews as well as ongoing employee surveys. The platform is designed to provide an intelligent system that offers managers and employees a dialogue-oriented, data-driven, and user-friendly tool to professionalize feedback processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and strengthen team culture in the long term. Another key aspect is the seamless integration of the platform into existing corporate systems. Through a powerful API interface, the solution should be able to connect to established HR systems, communication platforms, and internal knowledge databases. This ensures that the platform does not become a siloed solution but rather a central component of the digital HR strategy. In this way, the platform will function not only as an analytical tool but also as an active management tool in the employee development process.
